Job summary

Grow-Talent.com is seeking a Flemish-speaking Customer Lifecycle Manager for our Málaga office. You will be the primary contact for customers, drive sales from lead to purchase, and collaborate with teams to deliver Microsoft cloud solutions.

The role demands 2–3+ years of sales experience, familiarity with Azure/Office 365/Dynamics 365, and strong communication skills in Flemish and English. Relocation to Málaga included, with a comprehensive training plan and career progression.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA/4-year degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record; IT industry exp required.
• Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools.
• Experience with Microsoft cloud solutions (Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365) preferred.
• Microsoft Fundamentals certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact point for customers and build strong relationships.
• Lead sales from lead to purchase; manage objections and negotiate success.
• Engage with SMBs to identify needs and propose cloud solutions.
• Drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities with specialists and partners.
• Forecast sales and maintain a healthy pipeline and activity levels.
