This position involves administering SaaS platforms like NetSuite and Shopify, managing integrations through Celigo, and overseeing AWS cloud infrastructure. The role emphasizes hands-on experience with a focus on reliability and performance, ideal for candidates with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience in systems administration, integration engineering, or a closely related IT role.
• Demonstrable experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on experience building or maintaining integrations using an iPaaS platform.
• Comfortable working in AWS infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilités

• Administer and maintain core SaaS platforms including NetSuite ERP and Shopify.
• Implement, maintain, and monitor integrations using Celigo and API connections.
• Manage AWS infrastructure including EC2, S3, and Lambda.
• Serve as a primary escalation point for integration issues.
