Job summary

CEFALY Technology in Liège is seeking a Systems & Integrations Engineer to manage core platforms, AWS cloud, and cross-system integrations. You will own platform health, data flows, and vendor relationships in a hands-on, high-ownership IT role.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in systems/integration roles, strong NetSuite experience, and excellent English communication. French is a plus in our international environment, with a hybrid work setup in Liège.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in systems administration, integration engineering, or similar IT role
• Experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms (NetSuite preferred)
• Hands-on experience building or maintaining integrations via an iPaaS
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; trace data flows and diagnose root causes
• Excellent English communications; French is a strong asset
• Experience in regulated industries (medical devices/pharma/healthcare) a plus; familiarity with HIPAA/SOC 2 preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced, international environment

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain core SaaS platforms (NetSuite, Shopify, WordPress) and vendor relationships
• Monitor platform health, availability and performance; resolve issues
• Design and manage data flows between NetSuite, Shopify, Salesforce and others
• Build transformation logic, error handling and alerting for integrations
• Manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda) and ensure security
• Support deployment of new cloud components as the business evolves
• Serve as escalation point for platform/integration issues; contribute to operations processes
• Participate in evaluating and implementing new tools as technology stack grows
