We are looking for a Systems & Integrations Engineer to join our IT team in Liège. This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role responsible for administering our core business platforms, maintaining our AWS cloud environment, and building and monitoring the integrations that connect them. - Keep platforms configured to support business operations across all business channels.
- Monitor platform health, availability, and performance; proactively resolve issues.
Integration Management
- Implement, maintain, and monitor integrations between business systems using Celigo (iPaaS) and API‑based connections.
- Design and manage data flows between NetSuite, Shopify, Salesforce, third‑party logistics providers, and other systems.
- Build transformation logic, error handling, and alerting for integration pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures with urgency and rigor.
- Document integration architecture, data mappings, and runbooks.
AWS Cloud Management
- Manage AWS infrastructure including EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, and related services.
- Ensure appropriate security configurations, access controls, and cost monitoring are in place.
- Support the deployment of new cloud‑based components as the business evolves.
Operations & Support
- Serve as a primary escalation point for platform and integration issues raised by internal teams.
- Contribute to IT operations processes: change management, incident response, documentation, and onboarding/offboarding.
- Participate in evaluating and implementing new tools as CEFALY's technology stack grows.
Skills & Experience
- ERP: Required – NetSuite administration; Preferred – SuiteScript, SuiteFlow.
