Wlgroup is seeking an engineer with strong cloud and database skills to support an international defence organisation near Brussels. You will manage enterprise cloud environments in Azure or AWS, handle escalated support, and automate deployments with Terraform.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with SQL databases across cloud and on‑prem, and can write scripts in Python, Bash or PowerShell. English communication must be excellent.

Competenze

• Solid experience with MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL or MySQL in cloud and on premises.
• Hands-on AWS and Azure IaaS and PaaS knowledge.
• Experience with VMs, storage, networks and cloud monitoring.
• DevOps practices including CI/CD.
• Familiar with CloudWatch, ELK or Prometheus for monitoring and logging.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Able to work independently and in a team with strong problem-solving skills.

What you would be doing

• Administering and configuring enterprise cloud environments in Azure or AWS
• Handling level 2 and 3 support for cloud issues and fixing them quickly
• Provisioning VMs, storage and databases, on premises and in the cloud, with high availability
• Automating cloud deployments with Terraform or similar tools
