Job summary

Nextlink Solutions in Belgium is seeking a Cloud Engineer with Databases expertise to administer and optimise enterprise cloud infrastructure and database environments. You will support Microsoft Azure and AWS platforms, provisioning virtual machines, storage and databases, both on-premises and in the cloud, ensuring high availability and performance.

A strong background in database management, cloud networking, monitoring and scripting is required, with a focus on automation, CI/CD and DevOps

Qualifications

• Proficient in IaaS and PaaS across AWS and Azure.
• Experience managing DB systems in cloud and on prem.

Job Description

Nextlink Solutions is looking for a passionated Cloud Engineer with Databases expertise to administer, configure and optimise enterprise cloud infrastructure and database environments.

You will support Microsoft Azure and AWS platforms, providing Level 2/3 operational support. Provisioning and maintaining virtual machines, cloud storage and databases deployed both on-premises and in the cloud you will ensure high availability, performance and operational reliability.

A strong knowledge of database management systems, cloud networking, monitoring and logging solutions is required, together with excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication capabilities.
