EngiFlex seeks a skilled Functional Analyst to contribute to digital applications supporting energy transition and customer services for vulnerable customers. You will gather and translate business needs into detailed functional specs, lead workshops with stakeholders, and assess solutions within IT architecture, including APIs, cloud environments and mobile/web platforms.

• Experience as Functional Analyst with end-to-end delivery.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional/technical specs.
• Experience with API integrations and cloud environments.

• Gather and translate business needs into functional requirements.

• Define functional/technical specifications and assess options.
• Coordinate tests, UAT and go-live activities.
• Ensure delivery quality and maintain documentation.
