Rhox, a regional energy utility, is expanding its digital platforms to help customers in vulnerable situations. As a senior Functional and Technical Analyst, you bridge business needs, architecture, and delivery across API-connected apps, cloud services and core systems.

You will lead functional analysis from requirements elicitation to go-live, run workshops, document decisions and align with IT architecture.

Qualifications

• Five+ years as a Functional Analyst with seniority.
• Experience eliciting and analyzing requirements.

A regional energy utility is expanding the applications that support changing energy use and services for customers in vulnerable situations. As a senior Functional and Technical Analyst, you connect business needs, architecture and delivery across API-connected mobile and web applications, cloud services and core business systems.

The mission

A team of around 15 people manages a digital data hub, an ERP system for vulnerable customers, and mobile and web applications connected through APIs. The landscape supports access to consumption information and the management of energy communities, while adapting to smart meters, local production and electric vehicles.

You will lead functional analysis from requirements elicitation to go-live. You will organise workshops, compare options against IT architecture and the full application chain, document decisions, and act as the link between business stakeholders and development partners. After delivery, you will help manage applications, investigate defects and provide second-line incident support.

Your profile

Essential skills

• At least five years of senior experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation and requirement analysis.
• Experience translating business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Experience delivering projects E2E, from requirements elicitation through testing and go-live.
• Experience designing test plans and test cases, and coordinating UAT.
• Experience facilitating workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with API-based application integration.
• Experience with cloud environments using AWS or Azure.
• Experience with mobile applications and web-based digital platforms.
• Experience with UML and BPMN process modelling.

Preferred skills

• Experience with a modelling tool, preferably Enterprise Architect.
• Experience with cloud migration or cloud-based application environments.

Languages

• French: C1.
• Dutch: C1.

Working context

• You will work in a team of approximately 15 colleagues.
• The role involves regular collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams and development partners.
