Johnson & Johnson in Belgium is seeking an experienced E2E Supply Planner within Clinical Supplies. You will develop end-to-end supply plans for clinical compounds, manage packaging, labeling, and shipping, and ensure GMP-compliant operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years of related experience, and strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration. You will coordinate with Capacity Planners and Plant Schedulers to meet trial timelines.

Competenze

Bachelor’s Degree in business or science required.
Minimum 3 years of related experience.
Experience with supply planning processes: inventory, supply and production planning; Lean/6Sigma; systems such as SAP R/3 or ERP.

Mansioni

Develop end-to-end supply plans for clinical compounds.
Identify assumptions for Kit/DP/API supply plans via the csOP process.
Create drug product/substance supply plans by aggregating clinical and non-clinical demand.
Provide information to Capacity Planners and Plant Schedulers for constrained scheduling.
Drive structured process improvements aligned with strategy.
Ensure GMP compliance and adherence to QC requirements.
Lead cross-functional projects to improve business processes/tools.
