Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator for our Beerse site. You will ensure operational readiness for clinical packaging by maintaining SAP master data, creating sales orders, and coordinating deliveries between internal and external sites.

You will manage master data accuracy, support release and packaging activities, and collaborate with Regulatory partners to ensure compliant shipments. English proficiency is required, Dutch is a plus, and a Bachelor degree in a related field

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in supply chain/logistics.
Experience with supply chain execution, inventory, orders in regulated environments.
Knowledge of GMP and data integrity principles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.
Proficiency in English; Dutch is an asset.

Responsibilities

Supply planning: Create and manage SAP sales/purchase orders for pack types and campaigns.
SAP & Master data: Create/maintain material codes and master data in SAP and MMDS.
Distribution/outbound: Create delivery notes and coordinate transfers to CMOs and sites.
Inventory/Inbound: Administer product/component receipts and track dates of manufacture/expiry.
P&L vendor management: Manage pre-alerts, receipts, and stock with CMOs; resolve issues.
Narcotics: Maintain narcotics register and perform stock follow-up and reporting.
Additional duties: Lead process improvements and onboarding; manage deviations and CAPAs.
