PwC Belgium is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join the Advisory team within the R&D & Quality group. You will lead and support projects across the pharmaceutical R&D value chain, partnering with clients to optimise trial delivery, governance, and digital transformation.

The role requires deep regulatory knowledge and hands-on leadership of cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates bring 7–9 years in clinical operations or portfolio strategy, a Master's in Life Sciences, and a proven

Qualifications

7–9 years of experience in clinical operations or portfolio strategy within Pharma or Life Sciences.
Master's degree in Life Sciences or related discipline.
Strong working knowledge of ICH GCP, EU CTR, and global regulatory frameworks.

Responsabilités

Lead complex clinical operations and portfolio strategy engagements for Pharma/Life Sciences clients.
Provide guidance on clinical development processes and regulatory expectations (ICH GCP, EU CTR, FDA IND).
Design and optimize operating models for clinical trial execution and portfolio governance.
