argenx seeks a Director, Trial Operations Excellence & Innovation Lead in Belgium to shape and execute the strategic transformation of Clinical Trial Operations. You will lead cross‑functional teams to define future capabilities—AI-enabled processes, imaging, DHT, and decentralized trial approaches—driving portfolio growth and inspection readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medicine, or related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of global clinical operations experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading strategic change initiatives across multiple functions and geographies.
• Strong experience with clinical trial technology platforms and operational innovation.
• Strong understanding of ICH GCP, global regulations, and sponsor oversight requirements.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Leadership & Future Readiness: Define and execute the Trial Operations strategic transformation roadmap aligned with argenx vision.
• Center of Excellence Leadership: Establish and lead Centers of Excellence for emerging operational capabilities including imaging, DHT, wearables, hybrid and decentralized trial methodologies, AI-enabled tools.
• Cross-Asset Strategic Initiatives: Oversee initiatives across development programs and harmonize processes.
• Capability Development & Innovation: Evaluate trends, collaborate with multiple teams to operationalize new capabilities.
• Governance & Stakeholder Leadership: Establish governance, present to senior leadership, align capabilities and drive enterprise decisions.
