You combine warm, professional client interactions with strategic sales, follow-up outreach, and seamless in-center operations to ensure every visit moves clients forward.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing sales roles is preferred.
• Ability to translate client needs into actionable plans.
• Comfort with follow-up via multiple channels (phone, email, social).

Responsabilités

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism during initial consultations.
• Translate results into clear treatment plans and guide clients to the next steps.
• Close sales on treatment plans and manage follow-up via phone, email, and social media.
• Coordinate in-centre operations to ensure a high-quality, flawless experience.
• Support the team with day-to-day organization and scheduling.
• Flag opportunities and challenges to improve how the service runs.
