CCL is seeking an experienced Event/Program Manager to oversee the flawless execution of scheduled events for assigned client accounts. You will ensure delivery within budget and time, align with the delivery team, and monitor milestones to drive successful outcomes.

You will coordinate resources across vendors, hotels, and facilities, develop implementation plans, and prepare client reports. Strong financial acumen, process discipline, and excellent communication are essential for success in

Qualifications

3–5 years of project/program management experience.
Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.

Responsabilités

Ensure flawless execution of scheduled events for client accounts within budget and time.
Develop event implementation plan and schedule with delivery team alignment.
Monitor milestones and deliverables; track event progress against budget.
Coordinate resources: people, facilities, vendors, hotels, materials within budget.
Prepare program materials and client reporting.
Maintain event data in CCL systems for accurate enterprise reporting.
