ICF Next is seeking an experienced Resource and Operations Manager to support the Outreach department in Brussels. You will oversee the on-site consultant deployment, coordinate staffing, onboarding, and role allocation, while ensuring smooth collaboration between consultants, internal teams and client stakeholders.

You will drive process improvements, manage procurement coordination, and help mitigate operational risks to sustain high-quality delivery across projects in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Belgian employment and social legislation is advantageous.
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding coordination.
• Background in operations/resource planning or business support.

Responsabilités

• Manage On-site Consultants (Client Deployment).
• Oversee the end-to-end operational lifecycle of consultants on client premises.
• Coordinate recruitment support, onboarding and role allocation.
• Serve as the main contact between on-site consultants, internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment on priorities, ways of working, and day-to-day operations.
