Aikido seeks a hands-on Senior IT & Security professional to own and scale its global internal IT environment and roadmap. You’ll oversee identity, devices, offices, and tooling, ensuring security and compliance across the organization.

You will drive IT governance around IAM, SSO, SAML, MDM, and endpoint management, shaping scalable solutions for a fast-growing SaaS company with distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of experience in internal IT or IT operations, ideally in a SaaS company.
• Strong hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, SAML, MDM, and endpoint management.
• Experience owning internal IT across multiple offices and remote teams.
• Good understanding of IT security, access control, and physical security.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar frameworks.
• Able to set direction and drive secure, scalable solutions.

We’re looking for a hands on Senior IT & Security professional to own and scale Aikido’s global internal IT environment and roadmap. You’ll own the internal IT roadmap and day-to-day operations across identity, devices, offices, and tooling. You’ll also make sure our IT setup meets our security and compliance requirements.

• 7+ years of experience in internal IT or IT operations, ideally in a SaaS company

• Strong hands‑on experience with IAM, SSO, SAML, MDM, and endpoint management

• Experience owning internal IT across multiple offices and remote teams

• Good understanding of IT security, access control, and physical security

• Hands‑on experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar frameworks

• Able to set direction, challenge existing approaches, and independently drive secure and scalable solutions
