Aikido is seeking a Professional Services Lead to own the successful delivery of complex security projects for customers. You’ll blend technical depth with strong project management to coordinate all parties and drive customers live, enabled, and successful.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background with enterprise software and APIs.
• Excellent project management skills for complex implementations.
• Able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized, pragmatic, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with high ownership.

Responsabilités

• Own projects from kickoff through successful delivery.
• Manage scope, milestones, stakeholders, dependencies, and timelines.
• Coordinate technical delivery across the customer, Aikido, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate hardware dependencies where relevant.
• Deliver technical training, runbooks, and architecture documentation.
• Identify blockers early and drive them to resolution.
