Qualifications

• Bachelor of Master in een relevante discipline, bij voorkeur richting verzekering of recht.

Description

• You will assist customers and brokers by telephone with bodily injury claims and follow-up on files.
• You check coverage and determine liability.
• You apply agreements, respect deadlines and objectives, and ensure the quality of service provided to our customers.
• You develop optimal relationships with internal advisors (adjusters, technical inspectors, etc.) as well as with customers, brokers and other external partners.

Your profile

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline; an orientation towards insurance or law is a plus, but other interesting courses of study or experience will also be considered.
• You are recognized for your ability to think and analyze in depth, enabling you to process complex information efficiently.
• Your priority is to bring real added value to customers, and you achieve this through your proactivity, your ability to find solutions and build trusting relationships based on empathy.
• You are comfortable taking initiatives and making decisions independently.
• You have an excellent command of written and spoken French, enabling you to communicate clearly and professionally.
