Axis Group - HR Advisor in Antwerp is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to serve as the primary contact for brokers and business clients in real estate and engineering insurance. You will provide professional advice, manage complex cases, and develop customised policy solutions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or relevant insurance experience, fluency in Dutch, and willingness to perform back-office tasks and phone advice.

Qualifications

• Holds a bachelor’s degree or has gained relevant experience in the insurance industry.
• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken); French is a plus.
• Willing to perform back-office administrative tasks and provide advice to brokers over the phone.
• Fully available for a full-time position and willing to work at headquarters in Antwerp.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to accuracy in file management.
• Strong analytical skills enabling handling of complex cases.
• Team-oriented with willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues.

• You are the primary point of contact for brokers and business clients, both nationally and internationally, in the real estate and engineering insurance sector.
• You provide clear and professional advice and actively seek suitable solutions that meet the client’s needs.
• You make adjustments and follow up on policies, including processing additions and deletions, as well as developing customised solutions and clarifying policy terms.
• You build long‑term collaborative relationships with brokers, thereby expanding your professional network.
• You take feedback from both real estate agents and clients into account and actively contribute ideas for potential improvements to the services offered.
• You keep up with the latest trends and developments in the insurance industry and ensure your knowledge is always up to date.
• You work closely with other teams within the organization and provide support to colleagues as needed.

The ideal candidate:

• Holds a bachelor’s degree or has gained relevant experience in the insurance industry.
• Is fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written; proficiency in French is a plus.
• Is willing to perform both back‑office administrative tasks (such as drafting, amending, canceling, and recalculating insurance policies) and provide advice to brokers over the phone.
• Is fully available for a full‑time position and is willing to work at our headquarters in Antwerp.
• Has a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility, ensuring that files are managed accurately and to a high standard.
• Possesses strong analytical skills, enabling you to navigate even complex cases with clarity.
