Tractebel Engineering S.A. (BE) is seeking a Civil Works Site Engineer in the Proximity department of the Metier ‘Civil Engineering & Infra’, within ENGIE’s Nuclear Business Area.

You will provide technical follow-up of civil works for Doel 4 lifecycle extension, decommissioning activities, and plant support, with the Site Lead as mentor. The role offers a flexible hybrid work pattern (2 days remote), international project exposure, and a broad benefits package including allowances, holidays,

Qualifications

• Master degree in civil/structural engineering.
• Relevant professional experience in an engineering or contractor environment is advantageous.
• Fluency in Dutch is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Interfacing between back office, Client and Contractors.
• Inspecting Contractors’ execution activities against drawings and documents.
• Verifying QA/QC requirements.
• Managing technical interfaces between Contractors.
• Managing design modifications and progress reports.
• Participating in regular stakeholder meetings (progress, interfaces, HSE).
• Drafting work orders and site orders and tracking progress.
