Qualifications

• Degree in Culinary Arts or 5+ years in similar role.
• Excellent mastery of traditional Chinese cooking techniques (wok, steaming, deep-frying, grilling, knife skills, sauces).
• Strong knowledge of Chinese ingredients and culinary traditions.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Adaptable and calm during busy service.
• Team player with positive attitude.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Chinese dishes with wok technique mastery.
• Follow traditional recipes to ensure authentic flavours.
