QbD Group seeks a Business Development Director to drive growth with Chinese clients across Life Sciences, including Medical Devices, IVDs, and Pharma. You will leverage an extensive network and fluency in Mandarin and English to win new business and build strategic partnerships.

Based in China, you will lead external and internal networks, collaborate with subject matter experts, and shape market approaches, marketing campaigns, and sales proposals to reach defined targets while expanding the

Qualifications

10+ years of Business Development experience in Life Sciences.
Established network in Medical Devices, IVDs; Pharma/Biotech a plus.
Fluent Mandarin and English for daily use with clients and partners.
Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

Identify prospects and new customers in China and demonstrate the value of services.
Expand your Life Sciences network by engaging with associations and events.
Build internal and external networks with QbD subject matter experts, sales, and marketing.
Lead development strategies and act as the eyes and ears in the Chinese market.
Establish long-term relationships with customers and evolve toward strategic sales.
Initiate and execute sales actions, create proposals, and manage a pipeline.
Be the first contact for customers and resolve problems with solutions.
Assist marketing to set up campaigns for the Chinese market and translate materials.
