Job summary

Space Executive is seeking a Head of Product in Belgium to define the vision, strategy and roadmap for an AI-native B2B SaaS platform. You will hire and lead product managers and designers, partnering with the CEO to shape the function as the company scales.

You will run customer discovery across international markets, work closely with Engineering, Sales and CS, and establish the processes and metrics to keep the team fast and focused over the next 18–24 months.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product roles at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
• At least 2 years leading product managers or a product function.
• Background as a software engineer (essential).
• High standards and drive to build market-leading products.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy and roadmap, in collaboration with the CEO.
• Hire, build and lead a product and design team.
• Run customer discovery across multiple international markets to pick high-impact features.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales and Customer Success to ship quickly and measure results.
• Set up product processes, rituals and metrics to keep the team fast as it scales.
