Hexa, a pioneering venture studio, seeks a Chief of Staff to accelerate two early hardware projects from initial outreach to scalable partnerships. You’ll own the commercial engine, identify targets, structure the go-to-market approach, and personally conduct outreach to select industrial buyers.

A background combining large industrial experience with startup agility is essential, with hands-on B2B sales and long-cycle procurement.

• Solid hardware/industrial field experience with long sales cycles.
• Background in large industrial company and startup exposure.
• Hands-on go-to-market mindset and scrappy problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Map markets and identify early target accounts in aerospace, energy, defense and data centers.
• Design the go-to-market approach and prioritize contact strategies.
• Conduct hands-on outreach and build first customer and partner relationships.
• Coordinate with founders to align priorities and accelerate commercial progress.
