Voxdale is seeking a Senior Business Developer to drive high-quality engagement with scale-ups, SMEs and corporates, focusing on complex hardware, robotics or automation projects. You will research opportunities, craft compelling angles and initiate conversations with senior leaders, building trusted relationships through a careful, non-transactional approach.

• Extensive experience in consultative B2B sales and business development.
• Proven track record selling complex services or solutions with long decision cycles.
• Ability to create opportunities and build trusted relationships with senior technical and business leaders.

Responsabilités

• Build a focused pipeline of scale-ups, SMEs and corporates with relevant hardware, robotics or automation challenges.
• Research accounts and identify credible commercial angles such as launches, vacancies, funding events or validation milestones.
• Identify and approach the right people (CEOs/CTOs in smaller companies; product/engineering leaders in larger organisations).
• Initiate conversations via personal email and LinkedIn, followed by targeted calls to verified numbers.
• Maintain CRM context, decisions, next steps and recontact dates.
