Job summary

You will define the department's people strategy, manage capacity, and ensure delivery with strong governance and stakeholder engagement.

• Leads engineering teams through Team Leaders and Mechanical Technical Leader
• Develops and implements recruitment, career paths, succession planning and internal mobility
• Translates business strategy into organizational vision and capabilities
• Consolidates resource planning and capacity projections to anticipate needs

• Define and implement the department’s people and competency strategy
• Monitor development activities and ensure appropriate technical governance
