Thales Belgium Technical Design Office in Tubize is seeking a Team Leader Prototypes to supervise and coordinate manufacturing activities for hardware products, including mechanical assembly, PCB mounting, harness manufacturing, and subcontractor management.

Thales Belgium Technical Design Office department is responsible for the design and the development of hardware products for both Military and Civil applications incorporating mechanical design, PCB layout, components selection and prototypes manufacturing. The discipline is also responsible for the technical support of the production activities located on Tubize and Peutie sites. The department is currently looking for a Team Leader Prototypes for products development and manufacturing activities.

You will also be responsible for continuous improvement, quality standards compliance, and inventory control.
