Arrangements: Full time; hybrid; on site at least 60% of the time, or more if necessary; travel to municipalities in Wallonia if required.

SPW Digital is reinforcing its programme to digitise urban planning, environmental and combined permits. The existing team comprises a programme manager, analysts, testers, a change, communication and training lead, and several project managers. The assignment also draws on expertise from SPW Digital, SPW ARNE and SPW TLPE. You will support the programme manager in establishing and monitoring ongoing and new technical projects.

You will manage several projects simultaneously, from preliminary studies and offer coordination through transfer to operational production. The mission combines project delivery with improvements to incident detection, incident control, problem management and continuous improvement. Cross-functional coordination and supplier management are required to resolve major production incidents promptly. Delivery uses short, rapid agile iterations focused on customer value.

The full-time assignment runs from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2027 in Jambes. Hybrid working requires at least 60% on‑site attendance, potentially more when necessary, and travel to Walloon municipalities if required. The role requires senior project management capabilities, confirmed resource management and C2 French. Selection includes skills compliance, CV review and one or more interviews via Teams or in person.
