Job summary

ING Belgium is seeking a Chapter Lead Feature Engineer to lead a multidisciplinary chapter of Feature Consultants, IT Integrators, and Business Analysts across EC&A BE. The role focuses on growing talent, delivering scalable and compliant solutions, and aligning product delivery with business priorities and risk considerations.

The successful candidate will champion collaboration, architecture alignment, and continuous improvement while guiding strategic transformation and AI-enabled practices

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Feature Engineer chapter across EC&A BE.
• Coach, develop, and manage a team of Feature Consultants, IT Integrators, and Business Analysts.
• Promote ownership, collaboration, and delivery excellence across products and squads.
• Translate business needs into scalable, compliant technology solutions.
• Support governance, budgeting, and risk management in portfolio delivery.
