TechWolf is seeking an AI Engineering Lead in Belgium to manage a 3+ engineer team, balancing hands-on development with people leadership. You will drive project delivery, architect scalable solutions, and optimize team workflows while mentoring engineers and collaborating with other teams.

The role requires hiring and developing talent in a fast‑growing, unicorn‑dream company. The position is hybrid, based in Ghent, with three days onsite per week.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and AI stack (numpy, transformers, LLMs).
• 4–5 years of experience delivering impactful AI systems with leadership.
• Able to plan and oversee team‑level projects and optimize workflows.
• Hire, mentor and provide constructive feedback to engineers.
• Based in Belgium and available to work from Ghent three days per week.
