Job summary

BDO Belgium is seeking a Change Manager with 4-8 years of experience to lead transformation projects across sectors in Belgium. You will drive adoption of new tools and ways of working in IT-enabled transformations.

You will design strategies, run workshops and interviews, develop communications and enablement plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategies translate into real change. Fluency in French, Dutch and English and IT affinity are essential.

What will you be doing?

As a Change Manager, you'll be at the heart of transformation projects, helping organisations adapt to new ways of working. You'll work on diverse assignments across industries—from public sector to energy and finance-, often in the context of IT implementations. Your role is to ensure that change is not only managed, but truly embedded.

• 4-8 years of experience in change management, ideally in consulting or project-based environments
• You are certified in change management, for example through Prosci ADKAR
• Fluency in French, Dutch and English (spoken and written)
• Affinity with IT environments, such as ERP, CRM or other digital tools
• Flexibility to work across sectors and regions, with a pragmatic and hands-on mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
