BDO Belgium is seeking a Change Manager to lead transformation initiatives across industries. You will guide organisations through new ways of working and embed change so adoption sticks in IT-driven environments.

You’ll design strategies, facilitate workshops, develop communications and enablement plans, and work with cross‑functional teams to align change with business goals while maintaining a pragmatic, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in change management, preferably in consulting or project settings.
• Fluency in French, Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) strongly preferred.
• Affinity with IT environments such as ERP/CRM tools.
• Willingness to work across sectors and regions.

What will you be doing?

As a Change Manager, you'll be at the heart of transformation projects, helping organisations adapt to new ways of working. You'll work on diverse assignments across industries—from public sector to energy and finance-, often in the context of IT implementations. Your role is to ensure that change is not only managed, but truly embedded.

At BDO, you'll join a vibrant Change Community where colleagues regularly exchange best practices and support each other through project challenges. Once a week, the team gathers at the office to connect, collaborate and enjoy informal moments together.

Here's what a week might look like:

• 4-8 years of experience in change management, ideally in consulting or project-based environments
• You are certified in change management, for example through Prosci ADKAR
• Fluency in French, Dutch and English (spoken and written)

• Flexibility to work across sectors and regions, with a pragmatic and hands-on mindset
