LanceSoft Europe is seeking a Change Manager for a 24-month contract in Melle, Belgium. The role requires exclusive prior Change Manager experience and strong Dutch language skills at CEFR C2.

You will drive end-to-end change initiatives across multiple projects, ensuring stakeholder alignment and robust communication plans. The ideal candidate demonstrates empathy in interviews, provides a comprehensive change plan with training and events, and delivers a detailed case study of end-to-end

Qualifications

• Must-have: 3+ years as Change Manager in a dedicated role.
• Must-have: 3+ years in Change Management.
• Must-have: end-to-end responsibility for multiple change projects.
• Must-have: change implementations for complex, customer-facing digitalization initiatives.
• Must-have: plan covering communications, events, training, assessments, etc.
• Must-have: Dutch CEFR level C2.
• Should-have: experience with ADKAR/Prosci and other methodologies.
• Should-have: experience aligning stakeholders during complex change.
• Should-have: experience implementing changes for 1,000+ employees.

• Proven experience as a Change Manager, where the candidate performed this role exclusively (not combined with other roles within the same assignment) – Must-have – 3 years
• Proven experience in Change Management – Must-have – 3 years
• Proven experience providing overarching change support for multiple projects, products, or initiatives simultaneously – Must-have – 3 years
• Proven experience with change implementations for complex, customer-facing digitalization initiatives – Must-have
• Proven experience with and responsibility for end-to-end change implementations: from preparatory change support through to implementation and post-implementation follow-up – Must-have
• The candidate demonstrates convincing empathetic insight and listening skills during the interview – Must-have
• The supplier/candidate submits a change action plan covering communications, events, training, assessments, etc., within a change initiative – Must-have
• The supplier/candidate submits a separate document containing a detailed case study or description demonstrating their experience as a Change Manager with end-to-end responsibility for implementing multiple change projects or initiatives – Must-have
• Language requirement: Dutch proficiency at European CEFR level C2. - Must have
• Demonstrable experience with one or more change methodologies (ADKAR, McKinsey, Kotter, 7S model, Kübler-Ross, etc.) - Should have
• Demonstrable experience facilitating groups and guiding teams (e.g., workshops, coordinating ambassador/SPOC networks, etc.) - Should have
• Demonstrable experience with ADKAR Prosci - Should have
• Demonstrable experience aligning stakeholders during complex change - Should have
