Job summary

Arcus Search is seeking a Change & Enablement Specialist to support a large-scale Test Transformation within a Belgium-based Financial Services organisation. The role focuses on turning strategy into action by ensuring teams understand, adopt, and embed new testing practices through structured enablement and effective change management.

You will deliver targeted change plans, create engaging guides and content, translate complex concepts for stakeholders, and support training and adoption

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience in Change Management (Prosci / ADKAR preferred).
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience in large-scale, regulated environments.
• Understanding of Agile and modern testing practices (e.g. automation, BDD, TDD).

They are looking for a Change & Enablement Specialist to support their Engineering Modernisation programme, driving adoption across a large-scale Test Transformation initiative.

This role focuses on turning strategy into action—ensuring teams understand, adopt, and embed new testing practices through clear communication, structured enablement, and effective change management.
