Job summary

Pauwels Consulting seeks an experienced Program Test Lead to drive large-scale testing orchestration for a major transformation in the gaming and lottery sector. You will translate quality strategies into risk-based, end-to-end testing frameworks across multiple workstreams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Program Test Lead or Senior Test Lead in complex, multi-vendor transformation environments.
• Expertise in ISTQB and Risk-Based Testing.
• Extensive End-to-End Testing experience including system integration and data migrations.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira and Xray test management tools.
• Strong vendor management experience and ability to drive quality with external providers.
• You can manage cross-functional teams without direct hierarchical authority.
• Proactive, solution-oriented with strong negotiation and synthesis skills.
• Native Dutch or French with active English knowledge.

• Implement risk-based testing methodologies to prioritize activities and ensure comprehensive end-to-end coverage.
• Consolidate test results, defects, and quality metrics into integrated reporting for governance and decision-making.
• Manage operational defect triage sessions and ensure consistent classification of severity and impact across teams.
• Supervise the validation of data migrations, dry runs, and operational cut-over scenarios.
