Job summary

DAStec Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH seeks an executive to establish and lead the service organization for CNC machine tools in Central Europe. You will operate from the Lontzen Technology Center near Aachen, building a high-performance service team, managing costs, and ensuring top customer focus.

You will coordinate commissioning, maintenance, repairs, and escalation handling, driving availability and service quality across the region, with close collaboration with sales, the technology center, and

Qualifications

• Technical degree or certified technician/master craftsman or comparable qualification with substantial experience.
• Several years of management experience in service/maintenance of CNC machines.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, electrical systems, and CNC controls.
• Experience in building teams, processes, and cost planning.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage service organization in Central Europe.
• Plan commissioning, maintenance, repairs, and service calls.
• Handle technical escalations and ensure machine availability.
• Develop maintenance, spare parts, retrofit concepts, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with sales, technology center, and the main plant in Spain.
