LVD Company nv is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain and repair our machines at customer sites worldwide or regionally. You will ensure peak machine performance and reliability through hands-on service and proactive maintenance.

The role requires technical degrees, CNC repair experience, a valid driver license, and willingness to travel up to 100%. You will diagnose issues, communicate with the service manager, and maintain accurate service records, while upholding

Qualifications

Technical degree or certification in mechanical, electrical or automation technology.
Experience with electronic and assembly repair and maintenance of CNC fabrication machinery equipment.
Current, valid driver license accepted by the company.
Willingness to travel up to 100% to provide service support to customers.

Responsabilités

Install, commission, maintain and repair machines at customer sites, globally or regionally.
Ensure safety and compliance with QSHE standards to perform work safely and efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service during service visits and repairs.
Identify and analyze technical errors and propose solutions for customer needs.
Document machine data, service history and quality information.
Communicate with the service manager to ensure customer expectations are met and information is passed to proper parties.
Maintain prompt communication of expenses and service reports on a weekly basis.
