Job summary

Oxford Global Resources is seeking a Cell Therapy Manufacturing Technician in Maastricht, the Netherlands, to join an international pharma organization focused on advanced cell therapies and GMP manufacturing.

Work in a state-of-the-art GMP cleanroom performing aseptic cell culture, batch documentation, deviations handling and continuous improvement initiatives, on a 6-shift schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of GMP manufacturing experience.
• Background in cell therapy, ATMP, or biopharmaceuticals preferred.
• Experience in a cleanroom and aseptic techniques required.

Responsibilities

• Execute GMP-compliant manufacturing in a cleanroom using aseptic methods.
• Perform cell culture steps including media prep, expansion and harvesting.
• Complete batch records and manufacturing documentation accurately.
• Identify, document and report deviations and support investigations.
• Maintain GMP quality and safety standards; support process improvements.
• Work in a 6-shift schedule including evenings, nights and weekends.

As a Cell Therapy Manufacturing Technician, your responsibilities include:

• Executing manufacturing activities in a GMP-compliant cleanroom using aseptic techniques
• Performing cell culture processes, including media preparation, cell expansion, and harvesting
• Accurately completing batch records and manufacturing documentation
• Identifying, documenting, and reporting deviations while supporting quality investigations
• Maintaining high standards of GMP compliance, quality, and safety
• Contributing to process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
• Working in a 6-shift schedule, including evenings, nights, and weekends

Profile

• MBO or HBO degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in GMP manufacturing, preferably within cell therapy, ATMP, or biopharmaceutical production
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment using aseptic techniques
• Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset
• Good communication skills in English
• A collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift rotation

Employment Conditions

• Salary: €3,000 - €4,000 gross per month, depending on experience, plus 27% shift allowance
• Initial 12-month contract with the intention of permanent employment
