Zusammenfassung

Start People Belgium is seeking an Operations Expert to support manufacturing of advanced cell therapies in a GMP environment. You will work in a cleanroom to produce ATMPs and ensure quality control, equipment integrity and process optimization.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in sciences or related field, GMP awareness, and strong teamwork and English communication. Benefits include permanent contract and career growth opportunities within our biotech team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Bio-Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Cell therapy experience (internship or work-based) is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of GMP regulations is a strong plus.
• Strong teamwork and clear English communication are required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn independently and coach others.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Work daily in a Class A/B/C/D cleanroom environment and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Produce ATMPs through aseptic manual processes including cell isolation, activation, transduction, culture, filling, finishing and cryopreservation.
• Perform in-process control tests on batch samples ensuring high cell counts and viability.
• Ensure equipment runs smoothly by following instructions and coordinating repairs.
• Contribute to process optimization, introducing new products, procedures and GMP equipment.
• Assist in writing and reviewing SOPs and manage raw materials, consumables and waste.
