Job summary

Oxford Global Resources in Maastricht, the Netherlands, seeks a Cell Therapy Manufacturing Technician with GMP experience. You will work in a state-of-the-art cleanroom, performing aseptic manufacturing and cell culture tasks under an international team.

Qualifications

• MBO/HBO degree in Biology, Biotechnology or Life Sciences.
• Minimum 2 years of GMP manufacturing experience, preferably cell therapy or biopharma.
• Experience in a cleanroom environment using aseptic techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail with a quality focus.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift rotation.
• PhD candidates are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing activities in GMP cleanroom using aseptic techniques.
• Perform cell culture processes, incl. media prep, expansion, and harvesting.
• Complete batch records and manufacturing docs.
• Identify, document, and report deviations; support quality investigations.
• Maintain GMP compliance, quality, and safety.
• Contribute to process improvements.
• Work in a 6-shift rotation (evenings, nights, weekends).

• Executing manufacturing activities in a GMP-compliant cleanroom using aseptic techniques


• Performing cell culture processes, including media preparation, cell expansion, and harvesting


• Accurately completing batch records and manufacturing documentation


• Identifying, documenting, and reporting deviations while supporting quality investigations


• Maintaining high standards of GMP compliance, quality, and safety


• Contributing to process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives


• Working in a 6-shift schedule, including evenings, nights, and weekends

Profile

• MBO or HBO degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in GMP manufacturing, preferably within cell therapy, ATMP, or biopharmaceutical production


• Experience working in a cleanroom environment using aseptic techniques


• Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset


• Good communication skills in English


• A collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork


• Willingness to work in a 5-shift rotation

Employment Conditions

• Salary: €3,000 - €4,000 gross per month, depending on experience, plus 27% shift allowance


• Initial 12-month contract with the intention of permanent employment
