Job summary

Generations Recruitment is seeking a Category & Net Revenue Manager for a leading FMCG client in Belgium. You will drive category growth, translate insights into strategies and work across Sales, Marketing and Finance to enhance commercial performance.

You will focus on category management, net revenue management and trade marketing, leveraging retail data and cross-functional collaboration to identify growth opportunities and optimize profitability.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Category Management, Trade Marketing, Revenue Growth Management or similar analytical role within FMCG/Retail.
• Hands-on experience with retail data (Nielsen/Discover preferred).
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies using market, shopper and retailer insights.
• Analyse pricing, promotions and margins to drive profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Finance to support data-driven decisions.
• Translate category strategies into actionable trade activation plans.
