Job summary

Green Seed Belgium is seeking a Sales & Category Manager to own a portfolio of clients from A to Z, hunt for new business, and become a trusted partner rather than a supplier. You will dive into data behind the shelf and translate it into actionable recommendations for clients.

The role blends analytics with relationship building in a genuinely international environment, with calls to clients abroad and occasional travel to meet them in person.

Qualifications

• Strong in Excel; can interpret data and translate into practical recommendations.
• Owns client portfolios; develops new business and grows key accounts.
• About 5 years of FMCG experience.
• Common sense in decision making.
• Genuine interest in food and new products.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• Highly motivated and proactive.
