Vivaldis Interim in Aalst is seeking an experienced Bodyshop Claims Adjuster for the Aalst region. You will speak to clients professionally via phone, email and other channels, and manage damage files in our system.

You will prepare estimates in our internal system, negotiate with experts, coordinate with body shops, insurers and leasing companies, ensure accurate administrative handling, and oversee invoicing and recalculation when a file closes.

Responsabilités

• You speak to clients professionally via phone, email and other channels (including WhatsApp)
• You take accurate damage photos and manage them carefully in the system
• You prepare estimates in our internal system
• You negotiate with experts (online or face-to-face) on damage calculations
• You follow files closely: order parts, plan replacement vehicles and coordinate with body shops, insurers and leasing
• You ensure correct administrative handling of every file
• You handle invoicing and post-calculation at case closure

• Je staat klanten professioneel te woord via telefoon, e-mail en andere kanalen (zoals WhatsApp)
• Je maakt **correcte schadefoto's** en beheert deze zorgvuldig in het systeem
• Je **stelt bestekken op** in ons intern systeem.
• Je **onderhandelt met experten** (online of face-to-face) over schadecalculaties
• Je **volgt dossiers nauwgezet op**: onderdelen bestellen, vervangwagens plannen en afspraken coördineren met carrosserie en klanten/verzekeringen/leasing
• Je zorgt voor een **correcte administratieve afhandeling** van elk dossier
• Je staat in voor **facturatie** en **nacalculatie** bij afronding van het dossier
