Pauwels Consulting is seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead Capex sourcing and supplier management across global projects. The role focuses on strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and robust supplier relationships for complex engineering and construction initiatives.

With 5+ years in procurement, you bring expertise in EPCM, Design & Build, and trade contractor contracts, plus proficiency in Fairmarkit, Ironclad and Galaxy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement experience focused on Capex and category management.
• Experience in pharma or regulated industrial environments.
• Expertise in EPCM, Design & Build, and trade contractor contracts.
• Proficiency with Fairmarkit, Ironclad and Galaxy.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder and vendor escalations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement strategies for major Capex projects.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing for engineering, construction, and design services via digital platforms.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage signature lifecycle.
• Control change orders, final accounts and supplier escalations.
• Implement Master Service Agreements across contractor categories.
• Conduct business reviews with engineering offices and contractors to monitor performance.
• Maintain governance dashboards and savings data reporting.
