CareerBee is seeking an experienced Product Industrialization Engineer / Camera Systems Engineer to own the transition of embedded camera products from R&D into Operations. The role requires direct experience with industrialization of embedded hardware and cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Production and QA.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, physics or related technical field.
• At least four years of relevant engineering experience in hardware/embedded product transfer to production.
• Direct industrialization or NPI experience with embedded hardware devices.

Responsabilités

• Own the product-readiness process and transfer products from R&D to Operations.
• Define and monitor a formal Definition of Done with stakeholders.
• Ensure products are validated, documented and ready for manufacturing with calibration and work instructions.
• Support initial product builds and pilot manufacturing, identify risks and readiness before scaling.
• Act as system-level expert providing second-line technical support to Operations and customers.
• Investigate design issues, perform root-cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions.
