TMC, an international high-tech consultancy, seeks an NPI Production Engineer to join a semiconductor manufacturing project in Europe. You will transfer new products from engineering into volume production, define processes, and optimize manufacturing performance.

In this role you will collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations, monitor yield and efficiency, and drive process improvements for robust industrialization across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech environments is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the introduction of new products from engineering to volume production.

We are currently looking for an NPI (New Product Introduction) Production Engineer to join an exciting semiconductor manufacturing project in Europe.

Your Challenge

As an NPI Production Engineer, you will play a key role in transferring innovative semiconductor products from the engineering phase into high-volume manufacturing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth production ramp-up while optimizing manufacturing processes, quality, and efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate the introduction of new products from engineering into volume production.
• Define, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, and production flows.
• Monitor production performance by analyzing yield, quality, efficiency, and technical issues.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance manufacturing performance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure successful industrialization.
• Support production ramp-up activities and ensure stable, high-quality manufacturing.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related field).
• Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), Production Engineering, ASIC Manufacturing, Process Engineering, or the industrialization of complex technical products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands‑on mindset.
• Experience in a semiconductor, electronics, automotive, medical device, or other high‑tech manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with quality tools such as SPC and MSA.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent in English.
