Automatic Systems seeks a Systems Engineer to lead systems engineering across the full product lifecycle, coordinating between Product, Hardware, Software, Qualification, Industrialization, Production, and After-Sales teams.

You will ensure end-to-end technical consistency from requirements through system validation, serving as the technical reference and reporting to the R&D Director. International travel is expected a few times per year.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering and a strong background in embedded or multidisciplinary product development.
• 5+ years of successful experience in Systems Engineering or complex multidisciplinary products.
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and translate product needs into system requirements and allocate them across engineering disciplines.
• Define system architecture (functional, logical, physical) and document interfaces (ICD).
• Lead SRR, PDR, and CDR reviews; manage traceability and verification/validation strategy.
• Contribute to field support, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of engineering standards.
