TMC, an international high-tech consultancy, seeks an NPI Production Engineer to join a semiconductor manufacturing project in Europe. You will transfer new products from engineering into volume production, define processes, and optimize manufacturing performance.
In this role you will collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations, monitor yield and efficiency, and drive process improvements for robust industrialization across cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset.
- Excellent communication and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech environments is preferred.
Responsabilités
- Coordinate the introduction of new products from engineering to volume production.
- Define, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling and production flows.
- Monitor production performance focusing on yield, quality and efficiency.
- Drive continuous process improvements for enhanced manufacturing performance.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing and operations teams for successful industrialization.
- Support ramp-up activities and ensure stable, high-quality manufacturing.
