In The Pocket is a European digital product studio with around 200 people across three countries. We design and ship high-quality digital products for enterprises and governments, building cloud platforms, large apps, and innovative software.

You’ll join a multidisciplinary team, work in small autonomous squads, and own meaningful parts of our products. We value ownership, collaboration and continuous learning across Europe.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET 6+ with at least 3+ years experience.
• Good working knowledge of Docker.
• Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Experience with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT) in development workflows.
• Exposure to Redis, MongoDB or InfluxDB.
• Some experience with messaging/broker systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Nice to have Terraform, Go or Elastic Search.
• Master or Bachelor in Computer Science/Informatics (or equal).
• Knowledge of OOP, design patterns, CI/CD and clean code.

Responsabilités

• Develop and refine user stories, fix bugs, review pull requests and document work.
• Collaborate to ensure product meets functional and non-functional requirements.
• Write clean, readable, and testable code with a focus on quality.
• Leverage AI tools to support development, code reviews and productivity.
• Contribute to product improvements and communicate progress clearly.
