In The Pocket is seeking a backend-focused engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust services powering our digital applications. You will collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and cloud architects while mentoring teammates to grow in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

You will migrate and manage AWS infrastructure, automate deployments with Terraform, and apply OWASP-aligned security practices to deliver scalable, secure software across Europe.

Qualifications

• Proficient in TypeScript with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience designing backend APIs and cloud deployments on AWS.
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Knowledge of OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML authentication.
• Experience with IaC (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with secure coding practices and OWASP.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English communication.
